Analyst

Location: Georgetown, KY

Type: Contract – Benefits Begin Day 1

Compensation: $25–33 per hour

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Experience with timesheet or payroll systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with Kaizen reporting (preferred)
• Experience with PowerBI (required)
• SAP experience (a plus)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up time & labor lines for production engineering team member time entry
• Create headcount analysis for the annual Mid-Term Business Plan
• Oversee reporting for actual time worked by project
• Partner with A&F to reconcile monthly billing of time back to projects
• Troubleshoot MyTime issues with HR, Payroll, and ITx teams
• Apply Kaizen reporting methods to improve PE customer experience

Requirements

• HS diploma, some college, or equivalent work experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Microsoft Excel proficiency (required)
• Timesheet or payroll experience (helpful)
• Knowledge of Kaizen reporting (helpful)
• PowerBI experience (required)
• SAP experience (preferred)
