We have been serving the El Cajon community for years earning a reputation for reliability and quality. Specializing in lighting, wiring devices, light controls, fan installation, panel upgrades, installations, commercial electrical services. Working with homeowners and businesses.


Basic office administrator:


At least one year of professional experience and references:


Starting at three days a week: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (can be a flex schedule over time and familiarity with job)


Time: 7:00am to 3:30pm


Duration: at least three months (90 days)


Location: At corporate office in El Cajon, CA 92020


Duties: Answering phones, managing email and mail, communicating with staff. Organize maintaining calendars, filing systems and office supplies. Scheduling, preparing agendas, booking appointments and scheduling meetings. Documentation, maintain records, include employee files, preparing documents, letters, memos, payroll and reports when necessary. Support and providing administrative support to staff, management, including handling correspondence and preparing documents for field crew and labor. Supervision of own time, staff and being able to delegate responsibilities if needed. Efficiency, arranging repairs and coordinating office events or other meetings.


Other skills: Communication, being able to communicate effectively with others in person and writing. Organization being able to organize and implement processes and occasional change. Attention to detail being able to pay close attention to detail and quality control. Time management, being able to meet deadlines. Problem solving by being able to use search strategies and AI tools to find solutions.


Education and Requirements:


High School diploma, GED or equivalent


One or two years of experience in an office setting


Industry experience preferred


Proficient with Microsoft office software and phone systems.


Referrals upon request.
