We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to promoting health and wellness through effective instruction. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while providing a supportive environment for participants of all levels.

*Responsibilities*

* Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring all participants feel included and motivated.
* Provide clear instructions on proper techniques and safety protocols while demonstrating exercises with an emphasis on anatomy knowledge.
* Foster a positive community atmosphere by encouraging client interaction and participation in studio programs and initiatives.
* Monitor participants' progress and provide personalized feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.
* Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.

*Experience*

* *Comprehensive Pilates Instructor certification (450+ hours) is required.*
* Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor is required.
* Knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics is essential for safe exercise instruction.
* Experience in other fitness disciplines such as cycle, dance, CrossFit, or kickboxing is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients in a group setting.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
