We are seeking an experienced Construction Casualty Underwriter. This role is ideal for professionals with 10+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, particularly in construction casualty. The position involves managing client accounts and projects, mentoring team members, and overseeing underwriting and brokering activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, with a focus on construction casualty
• Strong managerial skills with experience overseeing teams and projects
• Excellent communication skills; bilingualism is not required
• Ability to work in-office in New Jersey or New York, with optional remote work days after one year
