LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing tech company that’s gearing up for a major hiring sprint. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team on a contract basis and help keep the recruiting engine running smoothly.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews and manage logistics across multiple time zones
• Greet onsite candidates, lead office tours, and manage the day-of interview experience
• Keep interview schedules organized, up to date, and clearly communicated to all parties
• Prep candidates with interview details, timelines, and touchpoints to ensure a smooth process
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to support high-volume hiring efforts—particularly in sales
• Assist with interview coordination for roles globally
• Support resume screening and sourcing for early-career talent
• Help with various administrative tasks across the recruiting function

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a people-facing, detail-driven role (recruiting, HR, coordination, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive, polished, and organized—you thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams preferred
