The candidate will play a critical role in entering, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of employee data within the Employee Central/Success Factors system, alongside processing HR helpdesk tickets. This full-time, onsite position demands attention to detail, proficiency in SuccessFactors, and a strong commitment to data confidentiality and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update information in Employee Central/Success Factors including personal and job details, and compensation. Efficiently handle HR helpdesk tickets, maintaining SLA compliance. Conduct regular audits for 100% data accuracy and validate mass upload files. Cross-verify entered data with source documents for precision. Uphold strict confidentiality and data security standards for employee information. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Strong capability in Microsoft Excel and data management. Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Industry Experience: Prior experience in HR data entry or a related field is preferable but not mandatory for this role.
