Drywall Project Manager

Drywall Project Manager - Greater Seattle Area

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Drywall to oversee and manage complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, demonstrating expertise in drywall installation and acoustics while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage drywall and acoustics projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and financial forecasts.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring effective communication among all parties involved
• Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred)
• 5+ years commercial project management experience 
• Strong knowledge of commercial drywall, acoustics, interior finishes & metal stud framing
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• PMP cert (preferred)
