We’re seeking a motivated Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and help bring awareness to impactful causes across local communities.

About the Role:
As an Event Marketing Assistant , you’ll be on the front lines of exciting outreach campaigns—representing nonprofit partners at community events, raising public awareness, and driving meaningful engagement. You’ll work closely with our outreach and marketing teams to support logistics, interact with the public, and contribute to mission-driven campaigns that make a real impact.
Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of live marketing and outreach events
Represent nonprofit clients professionally at community festivals, public venues, and pop-up events
Engage event attendees by sharing impactful stories, answering questions, and encouraging participation or donations
Help manage event logistics, including signage, giveaways, and promotional materials
Contribute to event planning and strategies that enhance community involvement and donor support
Track event performance, gather attendee feedback, and report key insights to campaign managers
Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth, engaging, and inspiring event experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in marketing, communication, or public relations is a plus
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life
Flexible schedule and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented with a desire to learn
A genuine passion for nonprofit missions, public service, and community outreach
