Job Description

Description: Responsible for planning, executing, and scaling employee engagement experiences across North America, with a focus on in-office activations and culture-building events. Oversees all aspects of programming related to employee connection and fun, including recurring experiences like Collaboration Thursdays, and regional engagement initiatives. Supports the North America listening strategy by translating employee feedback into meaningful, high-impact moments that reflect our values and brand. Familiar with employee culture trends, workplace inclusion practices, and hybrid engagement models. Relies on strong organizational and interpersonal skills to plan and deliver consistent, polished experiences that promote pride and connection. Performs a variety of tasks in collaboration with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, Internal Communications, and site operations. Works under general supervision of Internal Communications Manager. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
