Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid bartending license or certification (where applicable) and be knowledgeable about responsible alcohol service practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 30 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of craft cocktails and current beverage trends.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of our wine and cocktail menu to provide recommendations and pairings.
- Engage with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and friendly manner.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of bar supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service.
