Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia is seeking an experienced, team-oriented Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine) interested in joining our busy Express Primary Care Clinic in beautiful Half Moon Bay, CA . We are a growing multi-specialty group and affiliated with Sequoia Hospital . We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Opportunity Highlights: - 4.5-day Schedule, NO WEEKENDS
- Work from home 1 day per week
- 80/20 Walk-ins and Scheduled patient visits
- E-fill service and inbox support for work-life balance
- Mentorship and robust onboarding
- Opportunity to perform in-office procedures based on clinical interest and patient needs (e.g., joint injections, skin biopsies, I&Ds, pap smears, etc.)
Compensation/Benefits Include: - Guaranteed Salary of $280k per year
- Annual productivity and quality bonuses

Active California state medical license and DEA registrationBE/BC in Family MedicineStrong clinical skills and experience working with all agesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environmentSpanish proficiency a plusDemonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for the unique needs of elderly patients
