Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift may require some flexibility and have the ability to work an occasional Saturday.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Labor Warehouse Associates. This role is essential to our operations, as you'll be responsible for various tasks that ensure the efficient running of our warehouse. Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize products and materials.
• Perform basic inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in a safe and responsible manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with packing and shipping orders.
• Support other team members with various tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of previous warehouse or labor experience.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

Skills

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Able to follow instructions carefully and work accurately.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn warehouse safety practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Extended periods of standing, kneeling, and working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate and handle tools and machinery safely and effectively.
