The Position: We are looking to add another Hair Stylist to our team. The pay range is starting at $14/hour or commission based pay, whichever is greater will be paid. Annual income can range between an average of $41k per year to $100k+ per year depending on level of experience and client base. Plus, retail commission. Signing bonus of up to $5000*

Skills, Qualifications, Requirements:

• Must have a current Cosmetology License through the State Board of Pennsylvania
• Always perform services to the highest standards
• Comfortable multi-tasking is a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• The ability to follow direction
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintain professional attire
• Willingness to learn and execute new tasks
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

Responsibilities :

• Strong focus on customer service
• Tracking and achieving goals
• Build professional relationships with clientele and staff
• Assist clients with retail/product purchases
• Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the salon and spas policies and procedures
• Open to ongoing coaching, and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes

The Location: Atelir Beauty is located in Chester Springs, PA.
