Responsibilities: • Help prioritize across the different things Parafin could be working on and set an ambitious product roadmap • Work with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, account management, sales, etc. to execute on the roadmap • Work with our customers (platforms and small businesses) to ensure a delightful experience at every step of their user journey • Work with the founders to lay out the long-term strategy for the business • Role involves building and launching new products from scratch (0 to 1), with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications: Required: • 2+ years of product management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate vision and streamline execution across different internal and external teams • Strong product and business sense. • Ability to drive strategic decisions. • Data-driven thinking with experience in data analytics tools Preferred: • Experience working on financial products • Software engineering or technical experience • Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 • Experience working with enterprise customers Company: Parafin is a financial infrastructure company that offers pre-built financial services programs to support small businesses.
