Maxx Life Health Care is seeking a compassionate, driven, and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic practice. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality patient care while also helping lead and grow the clinical side of our wellness and primary care services.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and episodic conditions
Perform comprehensive physical exams and wellness visits
Prescribe medications, treatments, and interventions
Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
Provide guidance and leadership to clinical staff
Coordinate care and referrals with collaborating physicians and specialists
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR system (Tebra)
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
Clinical experience in family medicine, urgent care, or internal medicine preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to build rapport with patients in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience (or Willingness to Train):
Hormone pellet therapy (BioTE or similar)
IV hydration therapy
PRP procedures for scalp and knee
Functional or wellness-based medical care
