Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Patient Services Manager to join our team at a 500-bed hospital in Tampa, FL . This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate foodservice professional who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is looking for long-term growth within a supportive and well-established healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of patient dining operations, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction
Lead, coach, and support a team of frontline associates
Collaborate with clinical and culinary teams to uphold dietary and safety standards
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
