We are a growing, well established residential service business seeking a strong leader who can motivate, train, and oversee the plumbing department.

Pay Scale: $80,000 to $130,000 annually depending on experience, base + bonus potential

Description:  The position will be responsible for all aspects of the plumbing department and will report directly to the General Manager

Job Responsibilities:  

• Schedule, delegate, and direct service activities of technicians with dispatch 
• Monitor the performance of the field technicians and advise on quality workmanship and customer service skills 
• Provide regular training and coaching 
• Recruiting additional technicians and participating in interviews/hiring decisions 
• Develop working relationships with customers, field technicians, and executive management 
• Growing the department 
• Provide service technicians with phone support and assist with identifying solutions 
• Manage all parts and labor warranties 
• Assist with the implementation of strategic plans for the department 
• Additional duties assigned to support the growth of the plumbing department 

Requirements:  

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience (supervisory/management), a focus in residential trades is a plus 
• Goal driven and detail oriented 
• Proven record of ability to grow and develop a department 
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic 
• Excellent time management abilities with strong problem-solving skills 
• Strong organizational skills 
• Excellent communication skills with both written and verbal communication 
• Strong computer proficiency 
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
