Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing project teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel and materials.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Prepare and present project status reports and documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with pipeline construction, wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), tanks, and road projects is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Professional certification in project management (PMP) is an advantage.
