Experience: 0-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably agency.
Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
People Person: Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Driven: Self-motivated, service focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple positions at once.
