Key Personnel is seeking a Recruiter II for a company in the Tulsa, OK area.

Recruiter II Pay: $30-35/hr

Recruiter II Responsibilities:

  1. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  2. Collaborates with HR business partners and department managers to confirm job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  3. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  4. Posts and advertises position openings.
  5. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  6. Schedules interviews and provides hiring managers with interview guides.
  7. Develops and extends offers with input from the hiring manager, HR partner, and compensation as needed.
  8. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  9. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  10. May assist entry level recruiters or onboarding specialists.
  11. Performs other duties as assigned.

Recruiter II Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field required.
  2. A minimum of four years of recruiting experience required. More recruiting and/or broader HR experience preferred.
  3. SHRM-CP preferred.
  4. SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
  5. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
  8. Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
