Job Description:

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

Database Administrator - NoSQL: Manages the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of NoSQL database systems to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance. Designs and implements data models optimized for unstructured or semi-structured data, monitors system performance, and troubleshoots issues to maintain efficient operations. Handles backup and recovery processes, ensures data consistency across distributed systems, and manages user access and security settings. Applies updates, patches, and performance optimizations while aligning database solutions with organizational requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Technical training (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; Cloud+, Security+, SSCP or GSEC
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE

The likely salary range for this position is $133,655 - $180,827. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
