Maintain and develop corporate ERP system
Develop ad hoc reports as needed
Documents, train users as needed
Monitor and respond to trouble reports, troubleshoot problems, and provide feedback regarding service-impacting events
Provide feedback to IT leadership on suggestions for process improvements
