Warehouse Associate
Location: Carpinteria, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
Pay: Starting at $22/hour, DOE

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in a warehouse or production environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting. This role involves picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Must have :
1–2 years of warehouse or production experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders

Receive and process incoming stock and materials

Build and ship pallets (preferred)

Maintain accurate inventory counts

Keep work areas clean and organized

Assemble boxed products with coupons

Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, squatting, and climbing throughout the shift

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1–2 years of warehouse or production experience preferred

Basic computer skills required

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
