We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Ad Marketing Coordinator who knows how to stop the scroll and turn clicks into community. Skills & Qualifications

• Strong project management abilities
• Experience managing organic social media (HubSpot preferred), including creating content calendars and daily posting
• Hands-on content creation skills – shooting, editing, and producing short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Proficient in basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar)
• Creative in nature to jump on trends and apply to Mountainside brand
• Paid social media experience a plus
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google AdWords
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Email & text marketing experience
• WordPress experience preferred
• Comfortable communicating with members and working onsite in the clubs to capture content
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Excellent time-management skills
• Fitness enthusiast preferred

General Responsibilities

• Occasional weekend work required
• Support the Marketing Department with day-to-day execution of social media, digital, print, and in-club marketing initiatives
• Maintain consistent communication with club leadership and internal departments

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform social community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
• Create and schedule social content and manage any new social media requests and scheduling needs
• Prepare social graphics for approval
• Coordinate poster printing and courier preparation
• Monitor Yelp and Google reviews; flag issues as needed
• Schedule content through HubSpot
• Manage comments and questions on Facebook/Instagram ads

Weekly Responsibilities

• Coordinate posters for weekly courier delivery
• Create and schedule weekly email campaigns in HubSpot
• Prepare sponsorship certificates and bags for courier delivery, when needed
• Send weekly email open-rate and click-through summaries to managers

Bi-Monthly / Monthly Responsibilities

• Update messaging for in-club cardio machines
• Assist in maintaining marketing office inventory
