We are seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our staff through effective training sessions. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and organizing the training environment for both in-person and virtual sessions.
Designing training agendas and developing educational resources to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Delivering engaging training sessions tailored to all levels of staff, fostering a positive learning experience.
Conducting regular training activities that adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
Quickly grasping the curriculum and being able to discuss complex topics effectively.
Collecting and analyzing training feedback to continuously improve the training process.
Maintaining consistent communication with management regarding attendance, behavior, and other relevant issues.
Exhibiting flexibility to adapt to various training environments and needs.
Qualifications:
A college degree is preferred, along with at least 1 year of relevant training experience.
Recent training experience within the last 5 years is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Office 365 Suite is essential.
Demonstrated excellence in presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The capacity to adapt and improvise in response to changing circumstances.
