We are a fast-moving development team looking to bring on our first full-time designer. You should be the type of person who strives to figure how each product you use works. You should love both tackling problems at a conceptual level and working out intricate details in implementation. The primary focus of this role being on how the behavior of our systems will map against the behaviors of our end-users to exceed the expectations of our customers with amazing experience(s). You understand and can lead on all aspects of design - visual, interaction, and user experience. You have finely tuned senses for understanding user problems and addressing them through design.
